Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rupture Injury Stage 2
Continuing with the rehabilitation of Aaron Ashford, whom suffered an Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rupture (ACL) injury whilst playing football. We are now 4 weeks into the therapy and with any knee injury or pain but particularly with ACL surgery its essential to get a good strong quadricep contract. Pain causes these muscles to weaken.
We must ensure they are strong and contracting well.See the different what two weeks of intense non-aggravating rehab can make to the contraction and muscle strength!Well done @ashford_a
